The answers that a player typically gives when asked how it feels to win a regional title can range from “awesome” to “amazing” and everything in between.

Lake Forest senior Alyssa Thrash had a bona fide original answer to that question.

“You can’t dream about how good this feels,” Thrash said, after the Scouts’ volleyball team won its first regional title in three years and the 10th in program history.
