A new specialty coffee shop in downtown Lake Bluff at 600 Walnut Ave., Hansa Coffee Roasters, is being considered for approval by the Lake Bluff Village Board and will include a house espresso and manual coffee bar, and sell a variety of exclusive and rare coffee beans, tea, bakery items like donuts, muffins and other treats, and coffee machines and presses (among other items).
