You’re sitting in your seats, enjoying the baseball game with a hot dog in your hand. A little mustard drips on your shirt, but there’s not a worry in the world — it’s finally springtime.

Chicago-style, grilled to perfection or topped with cheese, whatever the type, the hot dog is a staple lunch at the ballpark, most times scarfed down while bats are pinging. Whatever you do, just don’t ask to pass the ketchup.
