Gorton children’s drop-in center integral to LF community

The Gorton Community Center’s children’s drop-in center has been as much a part of Lake Forest’s history and community as Gorton is.

For 29 years, the drop-in center has served the Lake Forest community as a membership-based program that offers flexible early childhood care, education and summer camp activities for children as young as six weeks to 5 years old in nearly 2,100 square feet of childcare space spread over three classrooms and a private playground.
