The Lake Forest Academy girls soccer team earned their crosstown bragging rights in a 1-0 victory over host Lake Forest on Thursday, May 12. It was both teams’ final regular season game.

The game was scoreless until the referees called a subjective penalty midway through the second half that gave the Caxys a chance to take the lead. Nadia Basave didn’t miss.
