Lake Bluff History Museum reveals walking tour schedule

The Lake Bluff History Museum will host a series of docent-led walking tours in east Lake Bluff during 2016. The first tour in the series, “Uptown, All Around the Town,” will take place on Sunday, May 22. Its focus is on Lake Bluff’s commercial district and the surrounding area. Tours depart from the Lake Bluff History Museum at the following times: 1 p.m., 1:15 p.m., 1:30 p.m. and 1:45 p.m., cost $10 and run about 90 minutes. Guests are invited to grab a lemonade or coffee in the museum to enjoy as they learn the history of Uptown.
