Doña Paty’s expands menu to cater to customers

The chilaquiles con carne breakfast ($8) features steak and tortilla chips covered with green salsa and topped with two eggs. The dish is served with a side of beans.
The veggie omelette ($12.95) is filled with an assortment of vegetables, and served with house potatoes and two sausage links.
The restaurant has recently serving American-style breakfasts, including French toast (pictured, $7.99) and pancakes.

Oscar Sanchez, his mom Patricia, and the rest of their family left their hometown of Puebla, Mexico around 30 years ago. Since then, they’ve been keeping traditional Mexican cooking alive in their home kitchens.
