Inovasi owner reflects on a decade of success with unique concept

Among Inovasis 3,000 menu items was a Spanish blue fin tuna sashimi and sushi, skuna bay salmon sashimi and sushi, yellow grape tomato and fried leek threads. Photos Submitted
The 48 hour sous vide brisket with smoked plum, micro cilantro and Guyanese pepper pot is another item that was previously on the menu.
