A sheepish Jean Meyer tiptoed toward the Suzy’s Swirl table at the Lake Forest/Lake Bluff Chamber of Commerce’s “Big Bash for Local Biz” and made eye contact with Sue Tierno, the owner of the Lake Bluff-based frozen yogurt shop.
