When the staff at Elevele, Highland Park’s sole cannabis dispensary owned by Lake Forest residents Andy and Veronica Hunt, heard the news that Governor J.B. Pritzker signed a bill legalizing cannabis in the state of Illinois, they were excited, according to Elevele General Manager Paul Nowacki.
