Michael E. McGlynn, 49, of Wilmette, was charged with DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol, aggravated DUI with a revoked driver’s license, possession of firearms without a valid FOID and driving on a suspended driver’s license at 3:19 p.m. in Lake Bluff.
