The Lake Bluff Joint Plan Commission & Zoning Board of Appeals is recommending to the Village Board that recreational marijuana businesses receive special use permits only in the L-1 light industry district along Waukegan Road and that the proposal be returned to the commission so that a text amendment can be drafted.
