Beach Park woman cited for DUI

An officer stopped a vehicle at 9:47 p.m. on March 8 at the intersection of Route 60 and Route 41 for a registration violation.

Tessa Ebert, 29, of Beach Park, was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol after she admitted to drinking and failed a sobriety test. Ebert was taken into custody and produced a breath sample indicating a blood alcohol concentration of .164. She was processed and released on bond.
