Customer service may be a lost art in many service sector businesses, but not at the Shaggy Dog Shop, which this month celebrates its 50th anniversary in Lake Forest.
“Our motto is ‘never say no,’” said Diana Principato, who has owned the dog and cat grooming business at 1339 N. Western Avenue for 14 years. “We will do whatever it takes.”
And whatever it takes can take many forms.
