Andrew Gherlein is a senior at Lake Forest High School and plays water polo.

How did you start playing water polo?

The summer going into freshman year there was a clinic at Lake Forest Club, and there were a few older kids who had been on the team who were instructing it, and it really just got me interested in the sport so I ended up pursuing it.

What’s your favorite thing about water polo?
