A private music tutor was arrested for 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse today after a Lake Forest Police officer witnessed him engaging in inappropriate physical conduct with a student two weeks ago.
On the evening of Feb. 29, a Lake Forest police officer on patrol located Patrick R. Jennings, 32, of Chicago, inside a parked car alone with a 15-year-old music student. The officer witnessed Jennings engaged in inappropriate physical conduct with the minor, according to Lake Forest Police.
