Residents of Lake Bluff, Knollwood and other parts of unincorporated Shields Township got a chance to see proposed improvements of the interchange between Route 41 (Skokie Highway) and Route 176/Rockland Road during the Thursday, June 25, public hearing held at Lake Bluff Elementary School.
