The Trendy Taco pleasures taste buds on the North Shore

The owner of Hotcakes in Wilmette and The Original Green Bay Cafe in Winnetka has been tantalizing the palates of North Shore residents for the past 20 years. Her latest venture — The Trendy Taco, 1195 Wilmette Ave., Wilmette — continues in the vein of her other restaurants by offering customers quality and innovative food choices in a lively setting.
