I knew this day would come sometime, but somehow, it still crept up on me.

One year ago, the first issue of The Lake Forest Leader came out, on Feb. 19, 2015.

One year ago, I was excited and nervous to be launching a new newspaper. I distinctly remember that feeling, even a year later.
