Lake Forest Mayor Robert Lansing received a letter Thursday, Sept. 6 from Randy Blankenhorn, secretary of the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), stating he will not approve moving forward with the proposed third main track until issues raised by residents are addressed.
