Oscar J. Sanchez, 22, of Waukegan, was arrested and charged with battery after a female caller reported a male subject, riding a bike, grabbed her on the buttocks while she was jogging on the bike path at Sheridan Road and McCormick Drive on July 21 at 10:30 a.m.
