Former U.S. Rep. Brad Schneider (D - 10th) won the 10th District Democratic primary on Tuesday, March 15, defeating Highland Park Mayor Nancy Rotering with 54.7 percent of the vote. In total, Schneider received 42,578 votes in his favor, topping Rotering’s 35,275 (45.3 percent).
