Wilmette Chop House’s marinated grilled octopus ($13) is accompanied by poblano sauce, Spanish chorizo, pappas bravas or potato croquet, ground cherries and a little splash of wine zest.
The steak frites ($22) are coffee-rubbed and served with your choice of garlic butter, blue cheese butter or chimichurri sauce, and are accompanied by steak house home fries.
