As a multimedia journalist in the 21st century, I spend far too much time looking at screens.

When I’m at work, 90 percent of the time I’m in the office, staring at the computer screen, typing away at a story or a transcription, editing the calendar or Faith Briefs or whatever aspect of the newspaper needs to be done.
