The Lake Forest Soccer Association U14 girls select team used a stifling defensive performance to win the top U14 division at the prestigious Vegas Cup Soccer Tournament held in Las Vegas, Nev., over the Martin Luther King Jr. weekend, Jan. 15-18.

The tournament, which attracts some of the top teams on the west coast and Texas, included multiple state champions and numerous teams ranked in the top 25 nationally.
