The Lake Forest Scouts 14U travel softball team finished their amazing season this week tied for 13th (out of 30 teams) at USSSA National Championship July 30-Aug.2 in Rockford.
In what can only be described as a “dream season,” the Scouts concluded its season with a record of 45-11-4 (combined fall and summer record). The team earned the program’s first ever bid to both NSA and USSSA nationals by winning two tournaments. Additionally, the team was also runner-up at the USSSA Algonquin Aces and Northbrook Tournaments this summer.
